Joy’s Story
I was born with a twisted stomach and spent over 40 years struggling with pain. My stomach constantly hurt, and digestion was always a problem. I visited countless hospitals and clinics, but no one could pinpoint the cause of my suffering. Then, in 2017, I was rushed to the emergency room, where doctors finally discovered my stomach was twisted. I underwent surgery immediately. But the problem was more complex than I had imagined. A twisted stomach meant that it had shortened, shifting out of its proper position and affecting other organs as well. I was in pain from head to toe, and I often wondered, Can a person really suffer this much?
